Call for Nominations and Election of 2009/10 Committee

In accordance with Article 5 (b) of the Constitution and Rules of the First 40.7 UK Class Association the Association Committee shall consist of not less than four and not more than ten full members of the Association, elected annually at a General Meeting of Members, or by postal vote, as elected Committee Members.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

This page gives notice that the 2009/10 Committee will be elected by postal vote. Current members of the Association are invited to put forward nominations for Committee Members. 

Members may nominate any current Full Member of the Association. Nominations must be made no later than 23:59 on 01 July 2009, by e-mail to  vote@first407.net  .

The following timetable and process will be followed:

 VOTING PROCESS

In accordance with Article 4 (f) of the Constitution and Rules, each Full Member of the Association shall be entitled to one vote. The definition of a Full Member can be found in Article 4 (b) of the Constitution and Rules.

Between 2 & 14 July 2009 Full Members will be invited to vote (by e-mail) for each of those nominated as members of the Committee. Those nominated members receiving the most votes will be duly elected as members of the committee.

In accordance with the procedure described above the following have been nominated for the 2009/10 Committee:

Members are invited to vote for for the following candidates:

Please indicate all the candidates you wish to vote for via an e-mail (before 23:59 on 14 July 2009) to vote@first407.net . As there are six nominations for ten places on the Committee each candidate receiving a vote will be elected. Once elected the Committee will elect a Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary.
